Alazar Tesfaye is a Transportation/Traffic Engineer with over 30 years of experience in Roadway Design & Construction, Project Management, ITS and Traffic Operations. Alazar received his undergraduate degree in civil engineering in India and his Master’s in Civil Engineering transportation/Traffic option at University of Massachusetts.

Rahel Desalegne is a Transportation/Traffic engineer with over 20years of experience working both in public and private sectors. Rahel received her undergraduate degree in civil engineering and master’s in transportation/traffic engineer from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany.

Abiyu Berlie
Abiyu has approximately 30 years experience in the ITS field. He has been involved since the inception of ITS in US, when it was known as IVHS (Intelligent Vehicle Highway Systems). He worked in the NYCMTA (New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority) for over 25 years, until he retired in 2015.

Girma Gebresenbet is a Professor and Head of Automation and Logistics Division at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Department of Energy and Technology.
