Everything we know and learned came from someone else. We progressed as a country and as a society because we learned that sharing knowledge is better than withholding knowledge. We saw the value that comes from unity and collaboration than division and obstruction.

About us

Ethiopian Engineers Organization (EEO) established in 2014 by Ethio-American Engineers in Boston, MA and has enthusiastic members in 5 continents. EEO members truly believe that knowledge was not for personal gain, but for the betterment of everyone collectively. We realized that these ideas are bigger than us, and see it as our responsibility to share it with everyone else to help our country.

In the information age, we are constantly sharing our knowledge with one another, and we are reaping the benefits. The greatest inventions were not created by one man alone, but by sharing information and working together.

Our Mission

EEO‘s mission is to advance knowledge & technology transfer to Ethiopians in order to help improve and modernize the transportation system of the country. We believe EEO members in collaboration and partnership with Ethiopian Road Authority (ERA) to accelerate growth and transformation by applying their knowledge, expertise and experiences in the transportation and related sector.
